Only the independent Family Offices can align themselves with the objectives of their Client. As long as they comply with the following essential standards:

  • Independence of external collaborators: Our origin excludes any possibility of dependence from any external agent, being the billing to our Clients the only source of benefits of the company.
  • Percentage Fees: Our fees are set yearly in function of the total wealth of the Client and not based on operations or financial results obtained. This it is the only structure that guarantees the total independence of a family office since it allows avoiding the usual vicious practices in wealth management:
    • - Unnecessary buying and selling of assets to generate commissions
    • - Creation and maintenance of unnecessary, complex and costly, legal structures
    • - Assumption of avoidable risks to obtain commissions over benefits or performance fees.
  • Assets are exclusively in the name of the Client: Cluster Family Office does not accept any type of POAs or authorizations from Clients to carry out transactions related to their wealth.
  • Absolute Personalization: Each Client, each Family is a distinctive and unique case, and the management of their wealth is rigorously adapted to the vital objectives and to the financial and non-financial requirements of each one of them.
  • Another important aspect of our Family Office is the exhaustive, real, confidential and integral information provided to the Client and to its family, as well as maintaining a constant communication with them.
