1. Right of Information:

In accordance with the constitutional law 15/1999, of 13 of December, regarding protection of personal data (LOPD from now on), and according to their Articles nº 5 and nº 11, which regulates the information to the affected party in the gathering of their personal data and the transfer or communication of personal data, by the custodian of records to third parties, respectively. Cluster Family Office SL (CFO from now on), as the owner of the domain www.clusterfamilyoffice.com, reports that your personal data may be incorporated to an automated personal data card index created by CFO and under its responsibility.

The information of the users is gathered by CFO with the purpose of maintaining and developing the services that CFO provides, as well as to facilitate them commercial information on services, own or third party, that could result of their interest.

3. Voluntary or obligatory character of the information provided:

The requested information in the contact forms or by means of any another type or communication at the disposal of the users (telephone, e-mail, etc.) is strictly the required one to attend their petition, being volunteer the communication of additional information.

4. Accuracy of the data:

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to CFO is truthful and holds itself responsible to communicate any modification to them.

5. Consent of the user:

The transmission of personal data through the forms of www.clusterfamilyoffice.com , e-mail messages or any another way of contact, current or future, that CFO puts at the disposal of the user, supposes the explicit consent of the sender to the automated treatment of the data included.

6. Exercise of the rights of the users:

CFO guarantees to the owner of the personal data, to be able to exercise, its rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition predetermined by the law (art. 15 and 16), in the terms and conditions legally established. 7. Security:

According to applicable legislation, CFO has established all the measures, norms, procedures, rules and standards within its reach (according to the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 of December, by which the Regulation of development of the LOPD is approved) directed to guarantee the levels of security required, to avoid the loss, fraudulent use or misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or robbery of the data that the user has provided. Without prejudice to report that the measures of security on the Internet are not impregnable.

In the same manner, CFO guarantees the owner of the data, that the custody and processing of it will be under the proper conditions of security, professional secret and confidentiality.

8. Privacy Policy Modifications:

CFO reserves the right to modify the current policy, to adapt it to future legislative or local regulations, as well as changes in the industry practices, previously informing the users of the changes and how it could affect them.
